CLASSICALLY GREEK SALAD
The way we tasted it in a small village on Crete before Europe was Unionized: thick slices of cucumbers and tomatoes with a generous pour of extra virgin olive oil, Kalamata olives, and a sprinkling of fresh oregano. Finished with salty sheep's milk Feta.
